Can I move my ringtones from my verizon phone to my sprint phone if it isnt a sound?

I so i have a lot of ringtones i downloaded from verizones rinngtone store and i was wondering if there was a way i could move them from my old verizon ( LG Voyager ) phone to my new sprint phone ( SAMSUNG Reclaim ). i have usb cables for both phones and a 1 gig memory cards. And these are ringtones not sounds which i know sounds can be sent via text but im stooped on how to transfer ringtones... plz help!
