NEED HELP picking up a girl but conflict of interest?

okay im goin out with this girl for 2 yearsish n i like her alot but i met a younger girl n i think she is the one shes perfect funny pretty down to earth an single but my girlfriend now sister is friends with her so how do i pick up the new girl without looking like a scumbag or hurting neone..or do i let the girl of my dreams go?
