...how to price it accurately for resale? The SUV is now seven years old, and I am looking to sell it so I can buy a hybrid. Repairs were done by a top-notch shop, but I was assured by sales rep at a dealer that no dealer will touch it after checking its history. Is this true? And if I try to sell it to a private party, how do I accurately determine its value? And am I legally required to tell a buyer about its accident history? I'm not looking to rip anyone off, just looking to get what it's fairly worth.
