How fast can semi-trucks go?
Without a trailer, how fast could a semi tractor go in top gear? I'm guessing they could get up to at least 90, but I'm just curious.

i have worked on some that go into the 100's

i had one a few years ago with 18 speeds....i was doing 87 in 8th gear................and didnt wanna find out the other speeds

trucks are fast with or without a trailer. dont let all that slow shifting fool you, when they get going they move
