if you have the 6.0 lit. engine ok,otherwise i'd opt for that in 3/4 ton version,4 wd not a necessity,or the diesel engine in the ford super duty version.i have the 5.3 with tow package from factory and pull a car trailer, really is a tough haul.
The engine may have the power, but the trans. will suffer
and overheat. To tow something that big you will need
a good tow package on a 3/4 ton vehicle of your preference.
You need to find out the uvw of the trailer. This can usually be found on a sticker inside of one of the cabinets. Then find out how much your truck is rated to pull. The length has nothing to do with, it's all about the weight. It is best if the towing vehicle is rated at least 1000 lbs. more than the uvw of the trailer, this give you an allowance for clothing, food and other supplies. If you're doing much traveling at all you should also have a weight distributiuon set up and a stabalizer bar.
