What should I do about a really rude co-worker?
I work in a huge well-known bookstore, This is my first job and ive never had someone behave so meanly toward me, because I try to be a nice person to everyone. Im a cashier, and one of the "head cashiers" that i occasionally work with in just one day, he accused me of lying (my manager could back me up), he implied that I just stand around and dont do any work (when in fact I was so busy with customers before he came in) he scolded me for not clocking out at the right time when i already did...He is always picking at my mistakes and trying to contradict and intimidate me.
I talked to my mom since I was so upset and she called up my manager who wants to sit down and discuss it with me. Im a bit tense about all of this, and i dont want to make my work enviroment any more awkward....ANY ADVICE??!!! thanks ^-^
