Trying to solve a quiz can anybody help please

Answers are either singers or pop groups

Clues are either cryptic, anagrams or simple clues. Here are the clues

1. Achieved nothing (4 letters)
2. They wouldnt leave a prospering place (12 letters)
3. Label Virgin Louts (16 letters)
4. They would make mount rushmore a noisier place (16 letters)
