Riddle me this (Ringtone)?

I have a Sprint LG LX370 phone, and I want to put custom ringtones on it using an SD card. I cant for some reason find the right file type, and I cant seem to make a video that doesn't give me the resolution error problem...anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
