POLL: Did i eat healthily yesterday?
ok today i went overboard. the whole day i was in bed and i only got up to switch from bed to couch to fridge.
breakfast: blueberry pancakes with butter and syrup and milk
snack: a chocolate glazed donut and a chocolate filled crossaint pastry (yum)
lunch: a burger and i feel really bad cause you shoulda seen all the grease coming out when i was frying the meat. and fries. loads of fries. but oh well, that delicious fatty burger is in my belly.
snack: chips on my couch
dinner (this is bad): Chinese fried shrimp and more chinese take-out.
snack: half a fudge easter cake (i admit it had too much icing)
dinner 2 (i usually have a second dinner): ribs on da couch.
midnight snack: leftover KFC and a plate of lasagna (oooh it was meaty and chessy)
my daily excersize: couch, t.v., 13 hour sleep
and i didnt drink any soda except for DIET soda, so thats ok right?
right now i feel super sluggish and heavy, and god im bloated. i definetely cannot walk. what do i do when i gotta use the bathroom? have someone carry me? Im 5'3 and i weigh 289. oh forget it. im gonna go grab some bacon and nap till noon. later. and why cant i stop farting and burping?
