Okay like, they are mindfreaking me.
I thought I chose the right type of answers. For some reason I cannot pass assessment quizzes, yet I've been working with customers for about 3 years now. I know what to do in situations with them as well as with other co workers. So why is this assessment thing telling me I'm not qualified?
Am I supposed to pick the answers that say to go to the manager every time?
Someone told me that the quizzes try and see if you lie, is that true?
If so, how should I answer it?
