I just got my first credit card about 6 months ago, a starter card from my bank with basically no benefits.

I know that I don't have enough credit history to get approved for one the airline or travel miles cards as we usually see them, and probably won't for at least a few years.

But in a credit card the thing I'd like to have most would be travel miles to use for plane ticket purchases, as I do fly domestically a few times a year.

Is there any such thing as a SECURED travel miles card?

Also, why don't all credit cards offer a secured version of the same card? If your credit limit is your deposit, then they have nothing to lose, you stop paying them they just keep the deposit, and they can never lose anything on you.
