If high velocity particles travel faster than the speed of light in a medium.?
Then why does science say, nothing travels faster then the speed of light? Be it be in it's own medium or not.
I have seen pictures of the blue glow (Cerenkov radiation ) in a nuclear reactor. Was told it was caused by particles traveling faster then the speed of light, then was told nothing travels faster then the speed of light, they did not explain speed of light in vacuum.
Thank you, for expalining the difference.
