I need to know if it is a Federal Law for employers to pay their employees overtime
for working holidays? I know some places will because I've worked before with holiday pay. But the job I am at now, I have worked Thanksgiving, New Years, and Christmas, none of which have recieved any kind of overtime or holiday pay. So I'm wondering if there is something I can do about it, or if I just have to deal with it.
