How can i loose alot of weight in the 6 week holidays?
I weigh 12 -13 stone, and id really like to loose some weight in the 6 weeks holidays before i go back to school.Im 15 and im sick of people making comments about my weight. Has anyone got a good way to shed a few stone in this time? id really appricate is (: thank you so much
And please dont say eat less and exercise.
