I am taking 6 kids 10,11,11,12,13,16 to a karate tournament in denver.for 4 days It will just be me and another teacher, no parents.

The sleeping arangments:
me and the 10 year old
the other teacher w/ the 16 year old
three girls together connceting room.

The sleeping arangments are set up so that I can moniter the 10 year old and make sure that this is a positive expierence ( wets the bed, and has night terrors) and to keep the 16 year old in his own bed and stop him from exploring Denver's nightlife alone.

packing- what they should each bring
5 shirts
1 jacket
6 pairs of jeans
6 pairs of underwear
no electronics
6 pairs of socks
shoes/sandles
2 karate uniforms
sandles/shoes
toiletries
4 pairs of pjs
50$ for whatever
Schedual
1. Arive- get into hotel go swimming. Eat @ hotel
2. Go to the Denver zoo food there then eavning movie and pizza party
3. tournament- cosa bonita for dinner
4. amusment park then home

what do you think/ what should I add
is that a bad thing?/ who is proud parent of 6?

You've only accounted for 5 kids. 3 girls in the connecting room and the 10 and 16 year old in with the 2 adults. I think 6 jeans and 4 pajamas as well as 6 underwear are too many. You won't use them all. You'll be wearing one outfit to travel in the first day, so you'll only need 3 other outfits. I think 3-4 pairs of jeans are plenty. Most kids wear them more than one day anyway. You are only spending 3 nights so 1-2 pajamas would be plenty there, too. On the packing list, be sure to add swim suit. You'll love Casa Bonita - we've been there several times and it is great fun. No greatness with the food, but the entertainment is fun. For you, be sure to put together a first aid kit with band-aids, antibiotic ointment, Tylenol, anti-itch cream, etc. I assume you have some form of permission slip giving you permission to seek medical care if necessary. Have parents also sign a form allowing you to give minor first aid if necessary as well. We travel a lot as a family and I have been a chaperone for a variety of activities from church youth group to a New York tour with the high school music program.
