1is it an email account?or a kind of instant chat software account?
2if it is a mail,can i use my yahoo mail account to send message to it?for example:[email protected] [email protected]?

It conforms to the standards required to be an email address. There may or may not be an email account there.

Many instant messenger systems use email addresses as user identities. Some use identities that have the same syntax as email addresses but are not.

If it is an email address then there is no reason you can't send email to it.

It's not a valid e-mail address however if you have a TELUS account you could always register it.
