Thread: Why cant I use my new Telus phone?

I recently recieved a samsung intensity phone made by telus a couple weeks ago through the mail, today I tried activating it by calling the number that was on the box for me to activate it. They said it was activated and a few hours later after charging the phone for the first time I tried to call a number. It wont let me, and when I try to text messege it says it failed. I went to the site and tried registering but it said that the serial number was already in the system. So what can I do to be able to use my phone?? Thanks in advance, please help me.

Try to turn it off and back on, that normally helps by resetting it a bit. If not go into your phone company's store and ask them. Good luck.
