What pieces of information do you need in order to purchase a Blackberry from TELUS?

fist of all, telus is horrible go with rogers.

And as for id, you just need to prove your age.
even your birth certificate or one of the new health cards with the picture/ birth date will work.

You need to be 18 or have someone 18 or older to sign for you.
