Activating the phone requires the usual type of personal info; name, address, home phone #. Self-serve activation (online) will cost $10 and if you call in to have it done you will pay $35. Phones purchased from TELUS come with 'service credits' and the activation fee will be deducted from that amount.
TELUS... The Future IS Friendly, just not yet.
