Telus text messaging plan (250 free msgs for $5/mo). Will it cost extra

when outside Canada? My girlfriend's plan is /mo for 250 free text messages (http://www.telusmobility.com/en/NS/mobile_messaging/messagingpackages.shtml). She is going to Turks and Caicos and curious if it would cost extra to send texts or receive them there. Would they be free if she is within the 250 messages? If not, how much extra would it cost? Thanks

An extra 10 cents per message sent or received is what TELUS charges when you are not in Canada or the US. Some countries have carrier charges as well. It is best to contact TELUS and ask them what fees may be involved and if the countries you mentioned even have cdma coverage.
