Okay, so today I topped up my Pay as you go account with ten dollars. Just now I decided to add the Messaging 250 feature for 5$, when I was adding it, at the bottom of the page it was specified there is no other fee to add this feauture, just the 5$. Once I added it, it charged me TWICE for this feature. I went on my 'transactions' page, and it charged me once for 'feature activation' and once for 'feature renewal'. I called *611 but their offices are closed at this time. Has this happened to you before, and will I get my extra back?
