Thread: telus modem NAT problems?

ok i want to play xbox live and i have telus siemens modem high speed and i cant play xbox live because the modems NAT settings are strict how do i change this for this modem thanks

and whenever i put my gateway ip address thing in the browser it shows me the information but i cant click anything please help

no it doesnt do anything if i enter my ip address only when i enter the gateway number thing

you should be able to enter the router and shut down the NATS system.
Type you IP address into the adress bar and it should pull up your router. Gpo to the NATS tab and disable it. The NATS is just like a firewall and if you aLREADY HAVE WINDOWS FIREWALL INABLED YOU DO NOT NEED THE SECOND ONE ON THE ROUTER.
