Hi everyone
I am in desperate need of some info. I have a 3 year contract with Telus and my phone is a LG versa 9600 it was a great phone except now it's completely frozen I can't get to anything I got it in the last week of May so that's about 2 months and some that i've had it. I have never been rough with it and its already giving me trouble so I would like to switch phones my question is what are my options?
Ideally I would like to get another phone without a touch screen but I don't think that's possible
I am a student so I can't afford to buy a phone @ regular price I mean I could but that would certaintly take a bite out of my student loans and part time job! I'm scared if they repair it because it might just keep crashing I want it replaced So what can I do and what do you think telus will do about it?
