Okay, so I'm planning on getting an LG Keybo from Telus this summer. My parents will only get me a prepaid phone, so is the LG Keybo a prepaid phone? I looked at the Telus website and it said that WITHOUT a contract, the price is 9.99. So does that mean that it is prepaid? Here is the link:
