I'm guessing your in Canada because your network is Telus?
Yeah you can buy them on Pay and Talk. They cost (In Canada) $659 for the iPhone 4 16gb, $779 for the iPhone 4 32gb, and $549 for the older model (3GS) 16gb.
The iPhone 4 is the newest model out, and by far the best.
