So, my roommate N moved out in may and transferred the bill to my name. Her bill was for service for May 10 to June 9.
My bill came in today. I w.as billed for May 14 to May 23, AND for may 24 and June 23. (they bill a month in advance).
I called telus and said I was billed twice. They said because my account was a new account, i have to pay starting may 14, even though service for that time period has been paid for, albeit by somebody else (my roommate)).
Being very poor at the moment, I really cant pay for that time period twice. What can I say to them to make them fix my charges?
No, rep said that both bills need to be paid and no charges from her have been transferred over to me.
