    I transferred my telus contract to someone and they aren't paying can telus charge

    me for this? They say I am liable for 00 because the person who took over my contract is paying there bills.

    Once you legally transfer the contract you can't be held responsible because Telus would have completed a credit check on the other person and allowed the transfer to take place and that is the end of your commitment to TELUS. Any charges or fees owing up to the 'transfer date' are yours. If you gave or loaned your phone to someone to use for a period of time then you are responsible for all of the charges. I hope you did an actual transfer and not just think you did.
