...password? How do i make this password? I bought a new Telus Pay & Talk phone. I set it up on the internet, and everything was going fine. I ran out of minutes so i went to top up my account. So i dialed #123, and the automated voice system said please enter your password. What password is this? Is it the same as voicemail? If not, how do i set up a password?

It's the number printed on the bottom of the top-up receipt or on the top-up card. Entering this number confirms that you purchased a top-up and it's value.
