I forgot my password, I've tried everything i can think of, and I don't want to spend 7 bucks a month on a service I can't use. How do I get rid of it?
You can call and they will reset your password (or use the online portal at telusmobility.com ).
You can also call them (but not use the site) to remove the service.
Call them at 1-866-558-2273 from a landline or *611 from your handset at no charge.

When you call them have the following ready: the full name and address that the account is under, account number, be ready to answer personal information questions that they may use to identify you as the account holder.
