I'm getting a new Telus prepaid phone, but I want to keep my same phone number and online account. How do I do this?
Buy the new phone and swap the ESN by using your online account, there is a $10 fee. If, by chance, you misplaced your old phone more than 120 days ago then TELUS has already canceled your account and you will have to start fresh.
TELUS... The Future IS Friendly, just not yet.
