How do I get free ring tones on my Telus LG Chocolate Gig (8560)?
I've tried downloading Bitpim and it doesn't detect my phone at all it says something like other phone and it wont work with any of the com ports. I've looked at sites where they can text a ringtone to your phone but you have to put in your phone number. I don't really trust it. Has anyone ever used theChocolatete gig with bitpim and was successful. Please share your stories.
Bitpim doesn't seem to like any of the LG phones and you may have to repeat the process many times in order for it to recognize your phone. Keep in mind that it may never detect your phone.
NONE of the ringtone sites will work with TELUS phones so don't waste your time.
