I completely forgot my telus account user name and passord I have have my cilent number and telephone number but I forgot how to log on to the site how can I get it back ?

Try calling 611 from your cell and explain your problem to the rep. They will ask you questions to verify who you are and may be able to help. Calling from your cell helps the verification process. I don't know anyone that's been in this position but I'm sure TELUS has dealt with this before.
