for the past three hours i had been trying to get my telus account to work. when ever i log on i get a red message on top of the screen saying "You cannot access this account because (a) the service is cancelled or (b) your account access approval is pending.
If you have an active account, please follow the steps below to link it to your profile."

from what i read, im not the only one with that problem...

it doesn't give me a explenation or anything, just breifly says, the way i see it "go #$%^ your self, we're making a ton of money and wont even bother solving our website's problems"


so ya... i cant use my phone.
