I just moved, and previously had Shaw. I had the account set up correctly, and received my Shaw emails to my Outlook. I still have the Shaw account (set up at the old house and still active), but now use Telus at the new house. Can I download both to my Outlook? I haven't changed the Shaw settings, but it says "The server could not be found".

You have to configure Telus at your new location within outlook or separately. Telus will help you do that. But you can't have two mail servers for outlook it's one or the other. Shaw keeps a record of your mail on it's server at shawwebmail.ca.
