So i bought my first phone this january with telus for a 3-year contract and ever since i bought it theres been a problem with it every month. For the first 5 months they charged me an extra $50 for every bill for some tv subscription that i NEVER BOUGHT. After calling back every single month and waiting 15 minutes evreything for a person there to pick up they finally stopped charging me that extra $50.. Then the bill was alright for a month but my the texting on my phone was screwed up. When someone texted me it said someone elses name.. so i had to get a loaner phone until my phone was repaired.. Then when i got my original phone back they started charging me $700.00+ for termination.. once again i hadn't asked for this and they keep charging me for it.. I've been calling back every single month and they've never gotten rid of that.. im extremly pissed off because of they're shitty billing system and i want to cancel.. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN CANCEL MY PHONE WITH NO PENALTY USING ALL OF THE THINGS I JUST TOLD U?

There is no way to cancel without paying but you could call 'Loyalty & Retention' directly at 1-877-279-3100 (it's free from a landline) and explain your displeasure since becoming a client. L&R has more decision making power than a regular TELUS rep. I understand your frustration but remember to be calm and polite because these folks deal with assholes for most of the day and being friendly towards them will get you farther. You may even get a few features for free as a goodwill gesture. Good luck.
