...brand new or refurbished? Ive had my Telus Blackberry Pearl for 10 months. I tried to stick it out but im sick of it freezing, deleting my things, going unreachable for days so i cant receive calls or messages. They said i could get a replacement. i assumed i would get a brand new phone but someone informed me that they will probably get me a refurbished one. Is this right?? should i get a brand new one if i paid for a brand new one that does work????

It will be a refurb. Try calling RIM to see what they can do. Remember, Telus only sells the device, they don't build them. I had this happen with a Motorola and after calling Moto directly I was sent a NEW phone.
