My family JUST got the 3 year TV/Internet and I'm not satisfied AT ALL. The internet is extremely slow and its just not working out at all for our family. Seeing as the TV is being shipped in a month, and we JUST got it, do we still have to pay the $10 fee for the next 3 years for cancelling the service and do we still get to keep the tv?
Please let me know...anyone thinking of switching to Telus please dont. Stick to Shaw!
