Can I use my telus pay and talk phone in Mexico?
I live in Canada, will be travelling to Mexico, will I be able to make and receive calls to/from Canada?

It should work according to friends who have been there. Coverage is spotty and pay&talk calls can cost upwards of $2 per minute.
