Best utorrent 1.8 settings for Vancouver high speed Telus?

I have Telus high speed internet and I am using utorrent. Everything is fine (I'm not behind any firewall and it shows my network connection green, which means I've forwarded the right port). Could anybody help me with the bandwidth setting?
My speed is 80kb/s. I'm using the following setting:
Global max number of connections: 130
Maximum number of connected peers per torrent: 70
Number of upload slots per torrent: 25

I have also enabled Upnp port mapping.
