I am trying to activate my Pay as you Go Telus phone online right now. This message shows up when I try to activate the Phone:

Has anyone had this happen to them? How long do I have to wait until i can activate teh phone. I dont want to activate it by phone because that costs 35$ instead of 10$.... Do you think if i called and said the site isnt working wil they just charge be 10 still doing it by phone since the site isnt working?
