With my recent AT&T U-verse install, I decided to install the wireless router in my living room right next to the TV. Part of the reason for this was so I could run a wired ethernet connection to my Xbox 360 again and get back online and use the Xbox Live membership I’ve paid for for the past 2 years and barely used.
The problem is I can’t get Xbox Live to connect.
Everything else is testing fine:
- Network Adapter = Wired
- IP Address = Confirmed
- DNS = Confirmed
- MTU = Confirmed
- ICMP = Confirmed
- Xbox Live = FAILED
When I click on the “More Info” button to get the details and to show the Status Codes I get the following Error Status Report:
- W: 0000 - 000B
- X: 0000 - F001
- Y: 00C2 = 01A0
- Z: AFFF = 0016
I’m doing a quick search online for what might be the issue but thought I’d see if anyone out here might know the answer as well. If none of that works, then I’ll give somebody at Xbox a call.
