I need to find the best point and shoot digital camera for my money...?

...I already have an awesome SLR but I really want a point and shoot digital camera that I can take with me everywhere. I want it to take decent photo's and to be able to take videos w/ it as well (which I believe has to do w/ the memory??) I would prefer to keep it under $200...any suggestions??
