When they give you a replacement phone they give you back the exact same kind.

You will only get a different one back if they are out of stock or no longer making the quickfire.

If that happens, then your replacement phone will be one that is similar in features.

my att quickfire is having problems: touch screen not responding, shutting off on its own...
i do not like any of the phones that att is offering for a replacement device currently. when the samgsung impression is released will they offer it as a replacement for the att quickfire...?
