i currently have ATT basic(384kbps UPSTREAM & 768kbps DOWNSTREAM) and is the ONLY available speed in my area but i want faster and ROADRUNNER offers (384kbps UPSTREAM and 5000kbps DOWNSTREAM? i dont understand lol

Yeah im on 8mb (8000kbps) but i get like 6500kbps due to distance from telephone exchange.
