Sounds like that for some reason or another the website is recognizing your account as prepaid....the only fix for this is to contact cst service and have them delete your account (the online profile) and let you re-register.....they will also look and make sure there isn't any misinformation on ur account that is causing the web confusion...however if you do have a prepaid (GoPhone) you wont be able to upgrade online...there really isn't an "upgrade" option for prepaid, for a new phone you would have to purchase a new one and to upgrade the minutes on your rate plan you would have to call cst service.
