What wiring does ATT UVerse TV use?

I currently am wanting to get ATT UVerse TV only. I already have a fiber internet connection from a local provider. That internet connection uses my existing Cat5 cable within the home. So, how does the ATT UVerse TV signal get into my home? I also have dish network right now that I think uses the coax in my home.

AT&T uses a system called IPTV, which when you choose a channel to watch or record, the box asks for that channel to be sent to your house over the Fiber/DSL internet connection.
The box will conntect with ethernet or coax cable (using a network on coax system) to the DSL/Fiber termination unit.
