You have to unlock the AT&T phone from AT&T network to use the T-mobile Phone Plan SIM card with that Phone.what is mobile brand and model? You need to unlock it.You can get the free Unlock code from unlock-free.com and unlock it easily.Then use any GSM sim card in the phone .
