i have verizon but i want to switch to cingular cause i text a lotttttt and verizon doesnt have unlimited texting they only have unlimited to other verizon phones. is cingular better?

Cingular was bought by AT&T a while ago. THat's what I have.
As far as I know, it's the same with AT&T. I heard cricket has truly unlimited texting/calls, to any network. MAybe you should check them out.
