Thread: Are at&t cingular customers allowed to text all other at&t cingular

Not without a text package. Unlimnited text 20 per month per phone or 30 per month for all lines on a family plan. Text to and from any /att or Cingular are not billed any differently than text and from any other carrier. Without a text package the messages are 0.20 cent for a text incoming or outgoing and 0.30 for picture messages
