Ive had a blackberry curve for a little less than one year. its broken 4 times since i got it, and they have given me a new phone every time.
to save you my life story, it broke AGAIN! and i was wondering if at&t could send me a different phone, like a blackjack II or something to replace it instead of another blackberry curve, since i break them all the time.
